Athlete Agent

Triaxios and our Athlete Agents have a fiduciary relationship that exists between the agent and the athlete. The relationship is enforced upon the signing of the Triaxios Agency Agreement (TAA) or a professional Uniform Players Contract. The fiduciary relationship results from the consent by the athlete to the agent that the agent will act on the athlete’s behalf.
Triaxios is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct to carry out our mission and achieve our strategic goals. The Triaxios Code of Conduct is intended to support our commitment to an ethical culture. Trustworthy, transparent, and truthful agents will be tenacious advocates for our athletes. Triaxios will ensure our team members, volunteers, affiliates, partners, associates, and guests treat our athletes with respect. All conduct and activities will be carried-out with the highest ethical standards.
Triaxios will directly or indirectly, negotiate contracts with teams, leagues, and/or sponsors. Triaxios will provide representation and advocacy support on behalf of my client.
Triaxios will review all contracts to ensure they comply with state laws and ethics rules. Triaxios will provide management for all public relations and brand appearances. Triaxios will review with the client all additional financial investment opportunities.

- Treat our athletes with the utmost care
- Help our athletes perform at their highest level
- Provide educational opportunities to support our athletes
- Maintain confidentiality and protection of personal medical information
- Maintain confidentiality of other data as required by relevant laws and policies
- Provide access to appropriate care during training
- Perform research to protect our athlete’s reputation
- Shall maintain a separate trust or escrow account for each athlete or group
- Have a zero-tolerance policy against harassment or retaliation
